Tyrolean Championship 2025 Poomsae
Our club hosted the Tyrolean Poomsae Championships this year. First of all, we would like to express our sincere thanks to all the helpers, sponsors and our Doc Marco, who made this tournament possible in the first place. It was a successful event in every respect.
With 8 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medals, the results were very positive. The improvement in performance by our young athletes compared to their last appearance was encouraging. However, there is still plenty of room for improvement.
As a coach working with young athletes, my primary goal is not to win medals, but to see them put their training performance into practice. The fact that the odd mistake may happen along the way is not really a big deal. It's much more about how much of what they have learned they can actually apply on the court.
The fact that our figurehead Anna consistently performs at such a high level is not a given, but rather the result of decades of development. And even at this level, in addition to consistent training, her daily form also plays a decisive role.
After the tournament is before the tournament, and it's time to take the next steps in our development. Anna has the G3 tournament in Innsbruck coming up next Saturday, and our young athletes have the TM in Kössen in just under three months. So let's get to it!
Finally, I would like to thank my team of trainers at the club and our two judges, Maria and Sven, who represented our club with dignity.
Greetings, Daniel
